I’m Bennett Dwosh, from Phoenix, Arizona, and a current student at ASU’s W. P. Carey School of Business and Barrett, The Honors College! In addition to my love of hawaiian shirts, I’m passionate about consumers and the customer journey, brands and branding, social media, leadership theory and practice, and creating long-term customer value.
Arizona State University has become a second home of mine. In my three years here, I’ve joined clubs and organizations, become enthralled in my classwork, planned events for freshmen in the residence halls, dedicated my thesis to improving the student admission experience, and organized online strategy for ASU Athletics as a social media intern.
In my spare time, I’m an avid reader of all things in Fast Company or by Malcolm Gladwell, aspiring traveler, craft beer enthusiast, and fantasy baseball owner.
This summer, I’ll be interning with PetSmart in the valley, working in the customer engagement and store operations department.
My career goals are around making the consumer #1 in the minds of brands– providing great value and an amazing customer experience with services and improving the longevity and value of customers in the process.
The more you get to know me, the more you’ll see that I love to talk marketing and customer experiences. If you get the urge, let me know, and we can grab some Starbucks and chat about it.
